How does it work?
We arrange a relaxed and informal meeting with you to discuss ideas and any themes you are working with. We are also able to create a theme with you if you do not have one. At the meeting you will be able to look through a collection of pre-made samples. From here we will create invitations and other stationery that is uniquely yours.

When can I come and see you?
As we are a home business, we are able to see you during weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays. This is a no-obligation appointment.

Do I have to pay for a sample?
No. We will give you a complimentary sample of your chosen invitation to take home with you.

I won’t be able to come and see you, am I still able to have a free sample?
Yes. We will discuss what you are looking for by email or phone and will then post you a sample free of charge within Australia.

How much do your invitations cost?
We are able to provide invitations for a range of budgets. Each invitation is handcrafted and personalised using a range of different tools and papers. The invitations will vary in price depending on the type and quantity of paper used.

How do I choose my wording?
We are happy to use any wording you would like, or we have a selection for you to choose from. We are available to discuss different options with you.

Can you add the names of my guests to my invitations?
Yes, all invitations are personalised at no additional cost.

What if I can’t see the theme/colours I need in your gallery?
Our gallery is there to give you ideas and to demonstrate the high quality of invitations we provide. We will custom make your design and are happy to work with your theme.

When do I need to pay you?
Once you are happy with your sample and are ready to book, we require a 25% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance will need to be paid before we print your stationery.

How long will it take to make my invitations and stationery?
This depends on the quantity of invitations and stationery ordered. We will give you an exact time frame at your consultation or booking. Generally we have invitations ready for you to send to your guests within 1 – 2 weeks. We are able to provide a quicker service if you are in a hurry, so please ask.

Is there minimum order quantity?
No order is too big or too small!
